Madou Sylla
Chief Executive Officer
Madou is the founder of Prime Dash and affiliate companies. Prior to this role, Madou was the CEO of Systems & Solutions International Group (SSIG), a global management consulting company helping businesses with innovative financial, operations, and management systems. As a business consultant, Madou Sylla has saved many companies from imminent failure, coordinated mergers and acquisitions, turned inefficient organizations into well-oiled operations, and groomed numerous executives to become effective, dynamic, and successful.

Throughout his career, Madou has had the opportunity to understand the frustration of decision-makers across many industries. In fact, he realized that the available tools do not serve their exact needs, as they are either too complicated or extremely difficult to implement throughout their organizations. Thus, Madou set out on a journey to develop the simplest yet very comprehensive tool to finally revolutionize financial decision-making.

On an average day, Madou is conceptualizing and developing cutting-edge business systems to help leaders and decision-makers. He faithfully invests his time and efforts on developing new processes and technologies that reduce the use of resources, promote efficiency, and increase market share for companies.

Madou holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Shepherd University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marshall University.
Catalin Rus
Chief Technical Officer
As the Chief Technical Officer, Catalin manages the deployment and integration of Prime Dash technologies. Catalin also manages Prime Dash team of developers, engineers, and senior project managers. Throughout his career, Catalin has developed innovative systems and technologies to propel businesses to greater levels of profitability, efficiency, and growth. Catalin always seeks always the “genius way” to streamline processes and ease the decision-making process of leaders.

As an entrepreneur and investor, Catalin has started multiple technology companies focusing on financial systems, web-based and desktop applications. His unique sense of understanding the next trends and market direction has propelled him to an innovator status and a true pioneer of the technologies of the future.

Catalin holds degrees in management and IT development.
Sarah Naylor
VP of Human Resources
As the VP of Human Resources, Sarah manages the recruiting and hiring of Prime Dash staff. Her expertise includes organizational and staff development, leadership training and development, communication, team building, strategic development and planning.

Sarah’s experience is extensive as she served on a leadership assessment team as a consultant to executives and managers in many departments and divisions of the Federal system. More specifically, she worked with executives to develop their leadership skills in the following agencies and departments through the Office of Personnel Management: the National Security Agency (NSA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), CIA, the Secret Service, Department of the Navy (Dahlgren, VA), Department of the Air Force in various locations, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (Washington, D.C.) the Department of Defense at Southbridge, Mass., and Weisbaden Germany. Sarah has also provided leadership training and assessment services for Senior Executive Services (SES) candidates and coached SES staff.

Sarah’s career has also included working as an Assistant Director in Washington, D.C. on Capital Hill for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Her portfolio responsibilities included Welfare Reform, Medicaid/Medicare, Healthcare Reform, Long-term Care, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and UBIT (Unrelated Business Income Tax legislation), and other not-for-profit sector initiatives. Sarah testified before the House sub-committee on Foreign Affairs. She provided national leadership for the inter-religious community on health care reform during the Clinton Administration. She served on various counsels and boards of directors. Sarah has traveled to many countries as a member of the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS) Board of Directors to assess refugee camp conditions and to provide input to the State Department through LIRS.
Benny Bercovicz
Chief Strategist
As the Chief Strategist, Benny helps Prime Dash develop specific strategies to increase market share and to become a global successful brand. Benny has been a very successful real estate developer in the US and worldwide and has built and managed large commercial projects surpassing $2 Billion.

In its 35 years history, his company has developed projects in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, North Carolina, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Eastern Europe, and Israel. In addition to construction and Real Estate development, his company is currently managing a large investment portfolio consisting of private investments from Canada, Israel, and China.

From 2000 to 2012, Benny collaborated with the World Bank to develop housing projects in Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. Benny has received multiple awards in construction, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Benny holds a Masters degree in Construction from Harvard University.
Igor Koshutin
VP of International Sales
As the VP of International Sales, Igor Manages Prime Dash global sales and marketing strategies. Throughout his career, Igor has specialized in Partner & Channel Management, Strategic Sales Planning, Industry, Market & Consumer Analysis, and Corporate & Product Strategy.

Prior to this role, Igor was the Director of International Sales for the NGTEL Group and his responsibilities included: strategy and planning, developing international sales strategies, tactics and implementation, and building partnerships with key customers. Igor also worked for SONUS (a leader in IP Networking) as an International Channel Lead as he directly oversaw the managing and planning of channel strategy, research, and development of new business opportunities in CEE and CIS countries.

Igor holds an Economics degree from Augsburg College and Management from the University of Minnesota.

Don Stevens
Adviser
Don Stevens is a mediator in a private practice in Arizona and has litigated civil cases for forty years in state and federal courts throughout Arizona. Don has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell for over 25 years.

Don has tried over 75 jury trials throughout the State of Arizona. His experience includes serving as chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s Trial Practice Section, and he has been a Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. Don is a frequent presenter for CLE programs sponsored by the State Bar of Arizona on all aspects of trial practice. Don is a regular faculty member for the annual Arizona Trial College.

Don has served in the U.S. Air Force, including a tour in Vietnam, and received an honorable discharge. Don was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona (1975), the United States District Court for the District of Arizona (1976), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (1980) and the United States Supreme Court (1983).

Don received his undergraduate education at the University of Arizona, graduating with High Distinction in three years. He received his legal education at the University Of Arizona College Of Law and graduated in 1975.
Jim Lynde
Adviser
Jim is currently the VP of Corporate Soul for JetSuite and JetSuiteX. He is a business and human resources leader whose career has focused on growing talent, commitment, and performance in businesses committed to delivering a great customer experience every time.

His experience includes Westin Hotels and Resorts, where he was VP, Human Resources, and Darden Restaurants, where he was SVP for Red Lobster. Most recently, Jim was SVP, Human Resources for Spirit Airlines. He began his career at PG&E, one of the nation’s largest utilities.

He holds a M.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of Oregon and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
